About Kelly Martin

Kelly is a seasoned professional horse trainer and riding coach with over 25 years of experience, specialising in dressage. Her passion for fitness and body symmetry has played a significant role in her career.

After enduring various injuries, including a pelvic fracture in 2022 Kelly took charge of her own rehabilitation, driven by a keen interest in the connection between the nervous system and movement patterns—a subject she is currently studying.

Kelly’s teaching style is both fun and empathetic, making her sessions enjoyable and effective for all her clients. She emphasises:

  • the harmony and balance between rider and horse

  • test riding

  • rider position

  • stability ball exercises, lunge lessons

  • Classical in-hand work

  • schooling issues

  • dismounted seat training.

For those who are not riders, Kelly tailors fitness plans to helps improve overall fitness and well-being.

Kelly is a qualified British Horse Society Accredited Coach, and a Level 3 Pilates instructor ,fully insured, first aid trained, currently pursuing her Level 4 certification. Her diverse qualifications and commitment to continuous learning make her a versatile and dedicated instructor, ready to help clients achieve their fitness and riding goals.
