Classical in hand lessons
Groundwork not only improves the relationship between you and your horse, it helps build strength! It’s also a great way to train both horse and rider in lateral work, which in turn improves co-ordination and suppleness. It’s an extremely important part of a young horses education, it teaches them about the contact and correct body position to carry a rider.
It’s also incredibly useful for rehabilitation after injury or surgery - such as kissing spine operations.

Postitional & Proprioception work
Kelly offers a unique approach to enhancing your riding skills and effectiveness in the saddle by introducing Proprioception Balls.
These tools are designed to improve your "feel" while riding, making them a valuable addition to any rider’s training regimen.
Regardless of your level, age or aspirations — whether you ride competitively or for pleasure — working with Proprioception Balls can provide significant benefits. They help you develop a better sense of balance, co-ordination, and body awareness, which are crucial for achieving a more harmonious connection with your horse.
Kelly will guide you through this innovative method and elevate your riding experience.
